Camilleri Finance p.l.c. was set up originally as Orion Finance plc on 3 May 2017 as a special purpose vehicle to raise finance for the business of the Camilleri Group. Camilleri  Finance p.l.c. is a subsidiary of Orion Retail Investments Limited, which is in turn a subsidiary of Camilleri Holdings Limited.
